A patented snap-fit collar that creates an airtight, professional finish around 40 mm waste or boiler condensate pipes. Designed to fit into a 52 mm core-drilled hole, it removes the need for mortar or sealants and is ideal for both internal and external applications. Complies with UK Part L building regulations.
