Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes, VAT invoices are automatically issued with each order. If you need a duplicate or customized invoice, contact our support team.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you’ll need to create an account to place an order. You can choose between a cash account, where payment is made upfront, or a credit account, subject to approval. Creating an account also allows you to track orders, save delivery information, and access your order history.
How do I register for a trade account?
You can register online by completing our Trade Account Application Form on the website. Once submitted, our team will review and activate your account within 1–2 business days.
Who is eligible for a trade account?
Trade accounts are available to qualified plumbing, heating, and construction professionals. You may need to provide a business registration number or proof of trade.

Do you offer discounted prices for trade customers?
Yes! Registered trade account holders receive exclusive discounted pricing across a wide range of products.
Are trade prices visible online?
Trade pricing is visible once you log in to your trade account. If you're not logged in, you will see standard retail pricing.
Delivery & Order Tracking
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification. You can track your order by signing into your Plumbers Choice account or by using your order number on our website.
What are your delivery charges?
A standard delivery charge of £7.50 (including VAT) applies to all orders under £40. However, delivery is free for orders over £60, subject to terms and conditions.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on product availability. For items in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that we currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Click & Collect
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, but only at selected branches. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and to schedule a pickup time at a participating location.
Returns & Exchanges
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
